Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day refund if you are not able to generate a video with Reelstew.

If you run into issues, email us within 7 days of purchase and include: (1) your operating system (Mac/Windows), (2) what step failed, and (3) any relevant error message. We will help troubleshoot first. If it still will not generate a video, we will refund you.

This policy is meant to be straightforward and fair: you should be able to evaluate the tool without surprises.
